CE CERTIFICATION & HOMOLOGATION
Machine CE Certification
All machines are required by the EU Machinery Directive MD2006/42/EC, which is enshrined in Irish Law, to be CE certified with a CE label attached to indicate approval. This includes the compilation of A Technical File, Instruction & Spare Parts Manual, Hazard Analysis & Documented Test results. We can assist you in complying with the essential health and safety requirements in order to attach the CE mark.
Trailer Homologation
Let us assist you to comply with the mandatory requirements of The Road Safety Authority as per EU Directive 2007-46, by producing the technical file to include Detail and Shop Assembly Drawings, control plans & pre delivery inspection, tests and VIN number. We will submit and liase with the Approvals Body/Suppliers to obtain Conformity of Production (CoP) and certification for your products.
If you have some or all of the above you are well on the way to approval.

• Complete & Part Complete Trailers (New Type) Approval Date is Oct 2010
• Complete & Part Complete Trailers (Existing Type) Approval Date is Oct 2012
• Completed Trailers (New Type) Approval Date is Oct 2011
• Completed Trailers (Existing Type) Approval Date is Oct 2013
• Special Purpose Trailers (New Type) Approval Date is Oct 2012
• Special Purpose Trailers (Existing Type) Approval Date is Oct 2014

REMEMBER
Special equipment mounted permanently on trailers may also require to be separately certified i.e be CE Tested and Compliant with the EU Machinery Directive.
